We asked ourselves "what is it that businesses need?" and the answer was to offer businesses and organizations professional web services as a one-stop-solution with an efficient and cost effective approach. We found that by employing our specialist skills we were able to bring a complete solution to the customer's business.

 

Through research and talking to customers we found a common complaint was what we call 'multi-vendor-syndrome' where a business or user would purchase a system from one vendor only to find that they then have to purchase add-ons from another vendor. This often leads to conflicting advice or the stock answer "sorry we don't support other vendors' systems". With this in mind we decided to develop a flexible suite of products which would provide any business with a one stop solution.
